One of my family’s favorite restaurants in Durango, CO is Cosmopolitan. A family friend’s son founded it and I’m so glad that we know him and the restaurant!
Just take a look…. you can see why!! Sooooo delicious!!! Foods like house-smoked pork belly, local chicken and lamb, and house baked doughnuts for dessert. If I were local, I’d be back again and again! (As it is, we go every year).
